Terms of use
These terms apply to your use of driftlatched.ca and driftlatched.com (the “site”), operated by Driftlatched (“we”, “us”), a Canadian business based in British Columbia. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The site is information, not advice
The site describes who we are and the services we offer. Its content is general information. It is not professional, technical, legal or security advice for your situation, and reading it or emailing us does not create a client relationship. Services are provided only under a separate written agreement, and the terms of that agreement govern the work, not these terms.
Accuracy
We try to keep the site accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, error-free or always available. We may change or remove any part of it at any time without notice.
Intellectual property
The site’s text, design, the Driftlatched name and the drift|latched wordmark belong to us. You may view, print and share pages for your own reference, with attribution. You may not copy, modify or republish the content for commercial purposes, or use our name or marks in a way that suggests we endorse you, without our written permission. The site’s typefaces, Instrument Sans and Instrument Serif, are used under the SIL Open Font License. Claude and Anthropic are trademarks of Anthropic, PBC, and Microsoft and Azure are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation; they are used here only to describe the products we work with. Driftlatched is independent and is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, either company.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to our systems, interfere with its operation, or use automated means to load it in a way that degrades it for others.
Links to other sites
Where the site links to other websites, they are provided for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Email is not a secure channel. Please do not send confidential, personal health or sensitive information to us until we have agreed a suitable way to receive it.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties about it, express or implied, and we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content.
